Charlotte is the Founder and Managing Director of CC Communications & Events. She drives the growth of the business and provides day-to-day leadership and direction to the CC Communications & Events team. She also takes a particular interest in the creative development and strategic content development of our live event delivery.
Charlotte began her career 20 years ago organising corporate events and international race regattas throughout the world for a luxury yacht charter business.
Since then she has spent many years’ agency side, delivering high profile and large scale events for a wide range of industry sectors and brands including Vodafone, Canon, Peugeot, LeasePlan and The Milken Institute.
She also has experience of working client side as a Manager within the Group Events Team at Barclays. Along the way she has led some great teams to win numerous industry awards and has been listed in the C&IT A List as a talent within the Conference & Incentive Travel Industry.
As a consequence, Charlotte knows what it’s like to work both agency and client side. She has a strong understanding of what clients need and extensive experience of delivering what they want.
Having achieved great things working for other people, she took the decision to launch CC Communications & Events in 2014 with a mandate to add value, push boundaries, build relationships and deliver a first class client service.
