A VIP incentive to the legendary “White Isle” for our client’s top performing Reseller Principals. Expectations were high and we had to deliver an exceptional communications campaign and programme.
The Challenge
The client wanted a high end VIP incentive to reward their top performing Reseller Principals. Having delivered previous trips, and faced with high expectations, the pressure was on to deliver a fantastic programme and powerful communications campaign. They wanted a destination with caché, luxury accommodation, great activity options and lively nightlife. The trip had to take place in September and a warm climate was also on the wish list.
Our Solution
We pitched Ibiza – known as the “White Isle” – the second smallest of the Balearic Islands, with a superb Mediterranean climate; fabulous beaches and unspoilt landscapes all sitting alongside its legendary nightclubs and bars. It matched all their criteria and, with summer in full swing in September, we knew we could deliver a 4 day/ 3 night blast that would allow the participants to experience the very best of this Mediterranean jewel.

The event campaign drew a lot of attention in the channel and sale targets were exceeded during the run up period to the trip. The Reseller Principals and hosts absolutely loved the programme and the mix of chilling and partying provided the opportunity for lots of face time to consolidate and build relationships. Feedback on the campaign and event was exceptional, strengthening brand engagement in the channel.
